I get it now. Suddenly I get why people like going back to their high school and going to a basketball game or a football game (ahem, darren). Now I live hundreds of miles from where I went to high school but I went to an event yesterday and suddenly I GET IT. This episode is all about how I suddenly GOT it and now I'm a big fan of reliving the glory days.

Don't Lie At Disneyland

Don't lie in general, that's a pretty standard rule for life but especially don't lie at Disneyland. I tried. And I failed. And the reason why I say you shouldn't do it probably isn't the reason you're thinking of. But you'll have to listen to find out.

Eat More

No, this is not a 20 minute long podcast dedicated to the Eat More chocolate bar (though I do take that tangent for a minute or two). This week I'm telling you about how I went from being a believer of "eating less and running more" to achieve the "ideal physical aesthetic" to realizing that the answer to getting the aesthetic I've always wanted is to eat more! And lift weights. (And do cardio for my mental health.) But this episode goes through how I went from years of eating 1200 calories a day to eating 2000+ calories a day and I've never felt (or looked) better.

Half Marathon: My Physical and Mental Prep

Last weekend I ran a half-marathon (I'm only half crazy, not full crazy) and it was the probably the best race I've ever done. I didn't get my best time (but I was close and it's eating at me a bit but that's a different story) but it was physically and mentally the easiest I've ever experienced and I'm telling you all about it and how I prepped for it in today's episode.
