Chapter 4: The 3 L's – Lust, Limerence, Love

This episode unveils my proposed acronym, “The 3 L’s,” to explore how relationships and situationships can either thrive or collapse depending on one’s perspective and emotional state. Stories from The Philosopher Stone collection are used to support my discussion on lust, limerence, and love. Throughout the episode, I also introduce important lessons that teach listeners how to overcome unhealthy attachment, obsession, and emotional dependency and understand the foundations of genuine love. By distinguishing between these three concepts, couples and individuals alike can reflect on their lifestyles and foster healthier romantic and platonic relationships.

Chapter 3: The Mathematics and Anatomy in a Crush

This episode interprets the sine and cosine graph and its horizontal tangents to study the "high highs and low lows" in a situationship, allowing the audience to understand how the push-pull cycle works. It also dissects each hormone and its functions, as well as the anatomy of the brain, to understand what is being produced across the human body. By combining mathematics, anatomy, and literature, this episode establishes an understanding of how attraction evolves and creates mixed feelings.

Chapter 2: Non-Verbal Communication Cues

This episode contains EIGHT non-verbal communication cues to demonstrate interest, rapport, and attraction. By delving deeper into specific actions such as mirroring, proximity, eye contact, and other body language, listeners of this podcast can use these signs to practice keen observation and implement non-verbal cues in real conversations. One can benefit from understanding another person's feelings or intentions to predict platonic or romantic interest.

Chapter 1: Definitions & The Mechanics of a Crush

In this chapter, I will introduce the surface-level definition of a crush, and a couple of verbal and non-verbal communication cues that hint at possible reciprocation. Furthermore, I will briefly explain each key vocabulary term, connecting its relevance to other chapters. I may add a few highlights of my experience based on my reading of the Bhagavad Gita. I also emphasize certain words to establish my current stage of having a crush. Altogether, this lesson provides enough context for listeners to analyze the next chapter and, at the same time, understand my definition of a crush.
