And finding comfort in others company, it's hard these days to talk about emotional & physical turmoil in the eyes of social constructs, with human intimacy and religionists view points. It's hard to learn how to strip away this barrier that we were programmed at birth.

Episode 8: We ask the question what is self expression, how does it tie in with self worth. We get off topic a lot of the time, but we discuss and discover that there is so much that goes hand in hand. How do humans define worthy to themselves and others, the internal sense of being good enough. Self-worth is often confused with self-esteem. It's like explaining life and death, you cannot have one without the other. Leeza and Lunar talk a lot about self worth and what it means to us, we do ramble a lot in this episode but everything is self explanatory and you can have your own vantage point and have your own view. That's the beautiful thing about this episode is that you can make your own decisions and you can listen and come up with a conclusion all on your own.
