Realtors: How To Be A Team Player

During a financing transaction, there are a million moving parts and industries all involved in the closing transaction. Title, lender, appraisal, insurance, both agents, buyer, seller, surveyor, home inspector and on and on.   If you do enough deals, you will have some go sideways. When this happens, it is our advice that everyone involved maintain a united front for the buyer and seller.   We have seen where the deal can go south quickly when all the industries involved start pointing fingers at each other.
