This is something that I am always considering and plays a part in so many of the other themes and topics discussed. The more I explore it, the more I realize it's its own beast, and a big one to conquer at that. Fear is such a sneaky thing. So often, we don't even realize what we are experiencing is actually fear. Truth be told, this episode is one of my more vulnerable moments lately. My hope is that you might hear it and feel something in a way that makes you want to think about things differently so that you, too, can live a life without so much fear.
