Travis emphasized that these properties should be able to sell for a lower price due to their dated appearance, but still attract buyers who can afford them. He also highlighted the importance of keeping repair costs low, suggesting that painting and flooring are the most significant tasks for these properties. Travis further explained that these properties should be sold within three weeks of purchase, and ideally within two weeks. Rick agreed with Travis's points.

Brandon shared his journey, starting with flipping houses in 2008, transitioning to working with banks and hedge funds, and eventually moving into property management and rental properties. He expressed dissatisfaction with the transactional nature of his previous work and the limited scalability of his investments. Brandon then discovered mobile home parks, which he found more appealing due to their potential for larger deals and better scalability. He decided to focus on this new area, shutting down his previous business and selling all his properties in 2020.
