Well we often talk about how it isn't a sprint, it's a marathon right? Welcome to Running Part 2! Running (and being healthy in general) is a big deal to us so it didn't take us long to determine we had enough to say on the topic that we needed to split it up into two parts. How it works, what affects it, and how - if at all - it is literally, physically wired to desire God. Join some definitely-not-scientists as we talk over this new(ish) form of understanding humanity and what it could mean for those of us who have trouble pronouncing things like "neuroplasticity."

What Was I Thinking

Whether it was daydreaming of being a full-time astronaut and professional racecar driver at the same time or being able to grow an apple tree in your stomach, we have all believed some crazy things at one point or another. And sometimes, we didn't even know they were crazy... that is until someone sane gave us a funny look. In this episode, we talk about just that: the crazy things that we have thought, missed, or otherwise just assumed throughout our life that may have been a just a little out there. Not to mention what happened because of it.
