About Ryan: My grandpa encountered a lot of racism/prejudice when trying to buy his first property in America but worked hard and persisted to eventually buy 3 properties in the SF Bay Area, and this inspired me to get into real estate investing as well.   I graduated as a Pharmacist in 2016 and worked at a hospital in Infectious Diseases and Pediatrics, providing great service, which later translated into me becoming a good landlord.   I purchased one single-family home a year and slowly built up a reputation at my local college for having high-quality student housing rental spaces. Because I rented by the room, there was double the rental income and a lot more cash flow compared to renting by the whole house. By the age of 28, I became a millionaire and was earning multiple 6 figures in rental income on my student rentals.   I teach others my “room-hacking system”: figuring out neighborhoods with great cash flow, renovating to increase the max rentable space, finding high quality tenants, and man aging the properties with unique systems.   I built a community of like-minded creative real estate investors who focus on getting one deal at a time. We provide great quality affordable student housing and have a lot of fun doing it.   In my free time I love to travel to many foreign countries to just absorb the culture and life.
