There comes a point where you realize you are constantly responding… but rarely building.
I’m talking about the difference between living from reaction versus living from intentional Kingdom stewardship. So many Christian women are exhausted not because they lack faith, but because they have slowly handed their time, energy, gifts, and peace over to urgency, guilt, pressure, and unprayed yeses.
I know this because I lived it.
For years, my life looked faithful on the outside. I was serving, helping, volunteering, answering every need that came my way. But underneath all the “good things,” I was overwhelmed, depleted, and slowly losing sight of the actual purpose God had assigned to me.
This episode is an honest conversation about Christian identity, faith, boundaries, purpose, stewardship, and freedom. We’re walking through what Scripture says about priorities, overwhelm, and the danger of constantly “coming down from the wall” every time another demand appears.
If you’ve been feeling emotionally exhausted, spiritually distracted, or stretched thin trying to keep everyone else happy, this conversation will help you pause, reset, and realign with what God is truly asking of you in this season.
Because busy does not always mean faithful.
And reaction is not the same thing as obedience.
