At times we will chat to experts in their field about; why they do what they do, what challenges they have faced and look at the tools they work with. All to give you a better understanding of what you can do and where you can look to support yourself and others. My goal is to help show you that you are not alone on this journey we call life. plus offer a little bit of inspiration and food for thought.
