You do not have haters and people do not want to see you fail.  you are just out of alignment with the brand that you have built with your friends, family and others.  You need to align with who you are consistently to gain the credibility you seek and possible the help from others you request.

We all need to step away and take a walk. Walking is not just great for our health but fantastic for expressing gratitude for the many blessings we have. This is an amazing mental refresher exercise.

Call a Time Out

Sometimes in life you will feel the need to put life on pause.  These are the time you need to call a time out.  Time outs allow you to get your emotions and feelings in order, reset your mind and head-space and find the words to accurately express yourself to others, professionally and personally.  The cool thing is that in life we can take unlimited time outs.

You can have confidence.

Do you experience self-doubt, insecurity or fear?  This is all natural to the human experience but you can build confidence.  Confidence is not a feel but, life experience.  Let's talk about it.

Make the Decision

You don't need all the information to make a decision.  You need to make the decision.  You are never going to have complete information to move forward with 100 percent confidence.  you have to take the info available at the time, weigh your life experiences and go for it-make the decision.  remember , when the information changes you have the right to change your mind and adapt.  take action and get on with life.  Stay encouraged!
