In this insight, Ryan Fisher (founder of FisherTM) talks about his personal experience of seeking happiness and how he found the concept of harmony more achievable than constant happiness. He shares his visit to a psychologist who asked him to list things that are good and bad for him and narrow it down to nine things that he should live by. He states that by focusing on these simple things daily, which create harmony in life, it can increase the chance of experiencing happy moments.  If the path to sustained happiness is to maintain a life of harmony, it can be difficult with constant distractions and temptations around. Like anything, it's easy to veer away from your goals.
