You may often find it difficult to keep the balance within yourself when your external world seems so chaotic and perpetually out-of-balance. But therein lies the secret: Keeping the balance within yourself while everything around you appears to be so out of control.

What is True Life Success?

The question is - Do we really know what we want from life and also know how to attain it. I think we would agree that being successful is a good thing but for some reason we often find it to be an elusive and difficult thing to achieve. I believe part of the problem is that we don’t really have a sense of what true success is. There is a common misperception of success, such as achieving wealth, power, fame, prestige, and also those material manifestations found in the pursuit of a bigger house, a nicer car, exclusive club memberships, a yacht, whatever. But once we attain some of these false trappings of success we find we are really chasing a moving target and then want more and more and are never truly satisfied. There must be a better way!

What is Most Important to You?

Your Values - what is most important to you - set the foundation for your ideals and your life philosophy. By knowing your Values and their relative importance to each other you will continually be able to pursue what is most important to you. They will give you balance and security as you walk life's tightropes. Should you fall they will get you back up and make you more proficient at walking life's tightropes.

Does Your Life Have Value?

The value of life itself is predicated upon the intensity of the the Values (your highest aspirations and expectations) that you are in pursuit of. As you knowingly and deliberately make decisions based upon your highest Values you will be experiencing the full value of your life.

Who Can You Become?

All of life is change. And it must be accepted and purposely managed if you are to grow and self-renew.  But since change requires you to make decisions you often fear making them because you fear potential failure. You may then believe that since change involves risk, you can just avoid the change and thus avoid the risk. This attitude, however, results in self-limitation of remaining who you presently are, rather than opening the door to who you can actually become.
