You’re A Good F**cking Mom is here to tell you just exactly that. Even when you don’t feel like it whether it be due to mental health, fitness, family, kids, whatever. We get it and we struggle too! As two brand new moms we were sadly unaware of while there are many blessings that come with parenting, not a lot of representation of mental health and parenting is out there. And we feel that if we at least tell you how we struggled and share our lives that maybe you won’t feel as alone. We love you and are her to tell you that you are doing great and your kids love you and guess what... YOU ARE A GOOD F**CKING MOM! Thanks for listening and hope you enjoy!
