Ravijit is an Italian Kundalini Yoga teacher since 2008. She is a close student of Shiv Charan Singh who constantly inspires her as a soul, as a Sikh and as a trainer. Ravijit Kaur has a first degree in cultural anthropology with a thesis in classical world religions and a second degree in the same discipline, focusing on oriental philosophies. In particular, she studied the semantic transformation processes implied in the transmission of philosophical-spiritual concepts from the East to the contemporary West. In 2016, in Italy together with her partner Luca, she founded Nabhi - Center of the Earth, a place entirely dedicated to the practice and the promotion of disciplines of awareness.

Jivan Mukta is a dedicated Kundalini Yogi, international teacher and a sensitive healer born in Chile in 1977. He has been a yogi for nearly 20 years and out of this thorough experience he created and currently directs the Meditative Healing Program™ since 2011. Jivan Mukta has over 15 years of healing practice and almost 10 years teaching this program. He is also a lead teacher trainer and mentor with the experience of training hundreds of Kundalini Yoga instructors in many countries and cities. He has degrees in Political Science and History and a Doctorate in Study of Religions from the University of Helsinki. He has studied, practiced and given consultations of Spiritual Astrology and Numerology for years. He has also developed the Total Man Training™ for empowering spiritual men and consciousness in these unique gatherings. Since 2019 he lives in Gran Canaria with his family. He is the Director of Yoga Lafontaine.
