Our Wednesday Sacramental Meditation Stems From The Reality  That God The Source Of Life, The Source Of The Y-Chromosome, Not Only Sustained Creation But Literally Entered His Creation From Within His Creation. Yahweh’s Signature Is In Our DNA And His “Glory Of Yahweh” Realized Our Bodies As His Immortal Vehicles. It’s The Same Now As It Was During Jesus’s Life-Time. Now To Strengthen Our Synapsis Memory  When I Say The Names Of Our 5 Lobes Of Our Brains  Mentally Search And Visualize  The Locations In Your Brain Of These Areas Of Your Lobes.   I Will Be Using  This Plasma Brain Lamp,  As A Prop To Demonstrate How We Will Exercise Our Neuron Cells. This Diaphragm Breathing  The Lowering Of Our Diaphragms,  Expanding Our Upper Stomachs, Increases The Oxygen Levels In Our Blood By Maximizing The Amount Of Air Entering The Lungs. Prayerfully, Exercising Of Our Diaphragms Stimulates Our Vagus Nerve That Travels Through Our Diaphragms By Gently Massaging Our Vagus Nerve With Rising And Lowering Of Our Diaphragms .  This Will Reduce Any Stress by Lowering Our Heart Rates, Blood Pressure,  And Cortisol Levels.
