#8 - Be Assertive, Climb Over the Hill, and Reach Your True Happiness

Life isn’t always sunshine and rainbows, but I want to share what’s going on with me lately as a way to help you through the dark times. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable and scary to speak up, but what if your happiness is just on the other side of that hill?   Let me inspire you as I tell you about the biggest hill that I've climbed recently. I've found that a lot of women undermine themselves without realizing it.   When I started to listen closely, I was able to pay attention to what some might see as little phrases, but they can really have a big impact.   In this episode, I want to draw attention to some of those counter-productive statements and even discuss why we don't need them to begin with.
