In a powerful declaration, he says, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him,” revealing a faith that is no longer rooted in understanding, but in relationship. These chapters lead us into a profound tension: Growth does not immediately remove pain. So can we trust God to transform us in ways that look different from what we hoped for? And can we still find hope in Him—even when our circumstances remain the same?
