Welcome to Just Another Therapy Podcast. We're Rebecca and Elena, two therapists with a lot of opinions. Join us weekly as we dissect social topics through the lens of therapy and mental health. In Season One we talk all about social media, the good, the bad, and the absolutely ridiculous. We met via Instagram during the uncertainty of the pandemic in 2020. Rebecca was graduating with her master's in counseling and wanted to connect with other therapists. We quickly clicked and have been close friends ever since. As therapists, we have tons of conversations about mental health and social issues. This podcast was born from those conversations. We cover a range of topics from anxiety, toxic positivity, parenting, and client marginalization to sex, politics, and resources. Our guests are therapists, mental health advocates, and other individuals who bring value to our message. Rebecca is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida, where she works with individuals struggling with their mental health. Elena is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, where she runs her private practice to help clients with anxiety, depression, and more. Any hypothetical “cases” presented in this podcast that have a relation to any person real or imagined are purely coincidental. This podcast will not discuss confidential client concerns. This podcast was created for educational and entertainment purposes, it is not a replacement for mental health treatment. Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
Bra app. Oversiktlig og ryddig. MYE bra innhold⭐️⭐️⭐️
