The AMP Sessions 6.0 Gil Moore Triumph

The Northern Echos Podcast had the pleasure of sitting down with Gil Moore, drummer and co-founder of the iconic, multi–JUNO Award–winning Canadian rock band Triumph, and one of the newest inductees into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame (2025). The conversation took place at the inaugural Awesome Music Project (AMP) Golf Tournament, where Gil reflected on Triumph’s enduring legacy — music that continues to resonate as songs of hope, happiness, optimism, and connection. He also shared his passion for music’s role in human health and well-being, and his ongoing quest to make music education as accessible as water and air through SoundsUnite — his groundbreaking, AI-driven freemium platform designed to empower youth, educators, and creative communities. It was an inspiring, uplifting, and unforgettable conversation about legacy, purpose, and the transformative power of music.

These acknowledgements are more than formality; they are a connection to place, people, and story. She also discussed the significance of authentic Indigenous ceremonies to welcome guests to the land—bringing spirit, respect, and cultural grounding to events when led appropriately by knowledge keepers.

Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
Bra app. Oversiktlig og ryddig. MYE bra innhold⭐️⭐️⭐️
