He recalls and shares his Mother Mary calling him to keep St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish open 24/7 and he did so in response to her call.  After a break, Father welcomes back and invites Alice Babij (Bobby) to continue her presentation on the book, “This Joyful Eastertide, by Rev. Episode #4829 How do you Grow in Faith?

Father Anthony with Tony and Cristina gather to discuss the goings on, and people in the Parish. Father greets everyone and poses the question: How do you grow in faith? This leads the trio into discussion over their thoughts on how to grow in faith and the need for silence. This leads to them “just reminiscing”.  After a break, Father leads us in prayer, then switches gears and mentions the polarization being experienced in the church; he touches on the seminarians who lean into the traditional church versus the progress movement within. This leads the group to discuss the role of women in the church and in families and the establishment of male priest only in the Catholic Church. Episode #4828 Fr. Koys Tackles King Charles’ III Speech to Congress

Father Koys takes us on another “brain wrinkling” walk as he tackles many of the points that King Charles made to Congress during his US visit to commemorate the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America.  Fr. Koys wrinkles your brain to contemplate the words King Charles spoke.  He shares clips of comments made and then analyzes and shares his thoughts on the clips.  Fr. Koy being the history buff that he is, considers historical reference and the applicability of the words then and today as he unpacks parts of Kings Charles’ speech. Episode #4827 Disorientation

Father Anthony with Tony today regroup after having the last week of to discuss the goings on, and people in the Parish. After greetings and reminiscing about the events and past times in this neighborhood, the group talks about the times and how abnormal seems to have become the new normal.  Father discusses how the moving away from God to focus on the SELF has caused this disorientation that has us dealing with diabolical issues.  Father read multiple readings, unpacking them and applying them to today’s times, more specifically, the need to reorient ourselves with how the gospel calls us to live.   St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish [https://ststanschurch.org/]

Episode #4826 Church Life Africa

It’s Monday and Lauretta has as her guest, Rev. Father Kenneth Onyema Amadi, Director of Church Life Africa, an organization that exists to support and promote the growth of Catholicism in Africa.  The organization began with mobilizing and training the laity to lead and work in the new evangelization in Africa, the fastest growing area in the Catholic Church.  Fr.
