It's a common misconception that self-development and coaching is always aimed at reframing negatives to positives. This podcast explains that no matter how 'bad' a situation is, we still have the power to reframe in a way that serves us. Reframing doesn't always mean we switch to 'happy'. No, I don't walk around loving COVID or loving anything bad that happens in the world! And positively reframing it doesn't mean I condone it. But we do not have the power to change our circumstance. COVID-19 is a thing, and will continue to be a thing, that is MOSTLY out of our control. We don't WANT to feel good about it, but we can feel PEACE in spite of it. In this episode, I share the ONE question I ask myself each and every day, that brings peace to me regardless of ANY situation.
This is a follow on to episode 4 where I cover my own journey with managing procrastination. I talk about the three-step process I started out with to kick procrastination. I tell you exactly how it works and exactly what to do to tackle that creative project you've been trying to work on, to keep household chores and tasks under control, and how to just get better at doing the things you say you do.
