Tina Fletcher is the founder of SelfPermission.com and author of the upcoming book Pause. Say It Back. She’s an unapologetic advocate for women who are done performing “nice” at the cost of their own needs. Her work reframes selfishness as a strength and how it guides women into a new kind of authority. One that starts in the pause, not the performance. Through books, tools, and powerful language shifts, Tina helps women stop giving from exhaustion and start choosing from personal strength. https://www.instagram.com/selfpermissionofficial/ [https://www.instagram.com/selfpermissionofficial/]

Becky Mosbrucker is an advocate for women’s safety. She believes safety training for men and women is important, but especially for women in today’s world. She’s been teaching safety classes for over 20 years in her full-time position. She’s extremely aware of contemporary concerns for women at home, in the workplace, on the street, online and in social situations. Becky begins with Mindfulness and Awareness classes. She also has Self Protection classes, including the use of protection devices. The highest level of protection class she teaches right now is Firearm Safety. She has many winning titles under her belt and is always improving her own skills while training others. Becky has also started branching out to businesses in the community by offering Business Safety classes and CPR, where she teaches business owners and employees things to look out for to keep their businesses safe and how to save a life. In 2022 she branched out and started a blog on safety and created a YouTube channel, which connected her to others who requested safety articles for their publications, writing in several books and has led to her being interviewed on internet TV stations, in magazines and as a speaker locally and nationally. To date, she has written in four anthology books and in 2025 is working on her fifth. She is sought out as an expert in the safety field in the Hampton Roads area. With her vivacious personality, Becky is also sought after as a public speaker, an event planner on local and state levels, is a member of the York County Chamber of Commerce and volunteers her time with community organizations and her church. She loves the outdoors, working out at the gym, playing with her grandkids and all things tech. In 2024 she also started her own women's community called the Stronger Together Tribe. She has monthly meetings in person, but will start online meetings in the fall of 2025. She also created her podcast on Spotify called "Stronger Together Tribe" where she interviews women owned business owners and has them share stories on how their businesses can help others.
