This weeks guest is Cole Mooney. Cole is curently coaching at Pakaranga Rugby Club in New Zealand. During our chat we spoke about creating haits during training and increasing your players capacity and conscienceness. Cole also spoke about to create relationships with players and finding a common ground. We also chatted about as a coach you need to be able to be uncomfortable and vunerable with those around us

This weeks guest is Cam Treloar. Cam is the current coach at West Harbour in the Shute Shield. He also coached at Warringah as an Assistant Coach for a few years 2023 was his firstyear as a Head Coach and he reflected a lot and his first year. He spoke about changing clubs to enhance his coaching career and transitioning from player to coach shortly after he finished playing. He spoke about how he uses player led feedback during his session .

This weeks guest is Sean Hedger (Hedge). Hedge is the Director of Rugby at IRAA. He coached Sydney Uni to a victory in the Shute Shield in 2022 and was also named joint Shute Shield coach of the year the same year. He has also coached extensively in Japan as well as Bond Uni and the Melbourne Rebels. During our chat we spoke about Flexibility of thought during your coaching and what are the Big Pocks for you and your team. Also how to create leadership within your team and how to drive peer to peer coaching . He also spoke about learning from other coaches as well as coaches in other sports.

This weeks guest is Michael Magriplis (Grips). Grips is the Head of Community Coaching at Rugby Australia During our chat we spoke about developing our people and games to improve player Rugby IQ. We also chatted about knowing your players before given them feedback and what language we use during training to held players get clarity. Grips also spoke about the changes that will be happening in Coach Development in Australia over the next few years

This weeks guest is Nick Piva-Giblett. Nick was recently the defence coach at Warringah Rats and is also involved in NSW Waratahs Gen Blue program. We chatted about driving competition at training and indentifying different learning styles of your players. We also spoke about giving feedback and there no right way to coach but there is definately a wrong way.
