SENT. Do you have a car guy in your life? The kind that spends years restoring and caring for a classic. Seems to me, so often enthusiasts will treasure their car by parking it in a pristine garage, and never driving it. Never taking it on the open road. Never letting it do what it was designed to do. It may look beautiful sitting there or at the occasional car show, but everyone knows a car wasn't built to be parked. For many, faith functions the same way. It's something we value and admire, like a classic car. And in just the same way, we keep it parked at church, making time for it on Sunday mornings. But our faith was never meant to remain parked or hidden away. It was meant to shape how we live, where we go, and be visible world around us. Join us this Sunday at BCC as we conclude our Buried. Raised. Have you ever stayed underwater just long enough that your lungs began to burn, then suddenly you break the surface and pull in that first deep breath. Air rushes in. Your chest expands. Life floods back into your body. In so many ways, that’s the way our lives can feel. We carry stress, grief, pressure, shame, disappointment, and exhaustion until it feels like we’re drowning beneath the weight of it all, desperate just to breathe again. Plants are fascinating. Before any of them can grow their seeds have to be buried. Down in the soil, buried in darkness, something happens, without which nothing new ever emerges. What looks like death is actually the very thing that makes new life possible. Join us this Sunday at BCC as we begin our new series, Buried. Raised. Sent. and wrestle with the reality that growth often requires us to bury some things first. Old habits. Old identities. Old wounds. Old shame. The versions of ourselves we keep dragging into the future. Our Love (Series: What Went Wrong)

We try to love well. We provide, protect, serve, sacrifice, and do everything we can for someone. Then why does resentment still grow, pride still deepen, and affection still quietly disappear? After all, we’ve been told “love is a verb.” It’s shown in words and deeds. But if that were enough, our relationships wouldn’t so often end up exhausted, fractured, or empty. What if we’ve been doing this love thing wrong all along? Join us this Sunday as we explore a vision of love that goes far deeper than what love does and discover what true love actually looks like. What Went Wrong | Our Worship

Imagine trying to build a birdhouse with a toolbox full of nothing but hammers. Sure, you could hit a lot of things, but you’re not measuring, cutting, or drilling anything—you’re just making noise and hoping for the best. Turns out, one tool (no matter how good it is) can’t do the whole job. You actually need a variety, each one designed for a purpose, to build something that works. Join us at BCC this Sunday as we explore how it’s similar with people. We’re gifted differently on purpose, each with unique roles that complement, support, and strengthen one another.
