He worked his way up in business from the bottom to running the business in 7 years and bought the company he was managing a year later.  As President of the business from 2018-2022 providing oilfield equipment and services to oil companies, he doubled the size of his business and is now running a $40 million business.  Lev and Molly Cooper flipped their house they were living in from 2011- 2016 and sold it for a $60,000 profit. After that, they got more involved with real estate in 2019 with a fix and flip and started to rent Single Family Homes in 2021.  Joined Grant Cardone’s Private Real Estate Club in 2021.  Invested as a Limited Partner (LP) on four properties with over 1,000 units with Cardone Capital, as an LP on 48 units in Savannah, GA with members of the RE group, and as a General Partner (GP) on 18 units in Dallas, TX with members of the RE group.  Lev and Molly currently own two SFR, a house they are currently flipping, downtown offices, retail space, and 6 downtown apartments.
