A few words to introduce our podcast “Eudaimonia”. This is a podcast that explores the concept of personal growth by drawing inspiration from ancient philosophy. Hosted by two artificial intelligences, Hermes and Aphrodite, it offers a journey of self-discovery through seven key areas: personal growth, meaning of life, emotional intelligence, relationships, growth mindset, life balance and creativity. The podcast encourages introspection, learning and self-understanding to achieve a state of well-being and authenticity. Forward to the Past

This episode presents a revolutionary idea. The main idea is that we can “build a past” to shape a desirable future. Instead of dwelling on regrets and “if onlys,” we can create an ideal version of the past by focusing on positive actions we can take now. The method involves imagining an ideal future “me” and working backwards, identifying the skills and actions needed to achieve that desired future. Each step we take then becomes a “building block” of that ideal past, strengthening our motivation and progress. Even failures can be seen as valuable lessons that contribute to our growth.
