Twins, Bowls, and Happy Endings!

This may be the final episode of Season one of Fans of the Weast! We have to wait for the arrival of Derf's twins, and we are all hoping for a safe and healthy delivery! In the meantime, Derf and Dylan recap a surprisingly fun Pro Bowl. The flag football seemed quite fun and all the side events were entertaining both for the viewers and players. But, we have to move on to more important things, like, oh I don't know, THE SUPER BOWL! Chiefs vs. Eagles! Andy Reid vs. his former team! Kelce Brother vs. Kelce Brother! We had an uninspiring slate of Championship games (in my opinion), but we have our Super Bowl matchup! The Eagles will face the Chiefs in the Kelce/Andy Reid bowl. Full of storylines the media will gobble up for two weeks! For Derf and Dylan, we will first look at some Seahawks and Bills offseason rumors and give our roadmaps for how the offseasons should go for our squads. An Emotional Goodbye To The 2022-23 Season...

Derf delivers one of the past decade's most emotional and heartfelt speeches. He puts together a beautiful picture of the Buffalo Bills season, where they overcame an absurd amount of adversity. Shootings, season-ending injuries to teammates, and of course the Damar Hamlin scare. You have to listen to Derf's take on the season, and I promise, it will bring you to tears. Nothing But Prayers and Love For Damar Hamlin!

Most of this episode is just loving on and talking about Damar Hamlin's awful situation. He needs all the prayers, thoughts, and love we can give him and his family right now! The country has come together to donate (at this time) almost $7M to his Chasing M's Foundation on GoFundMe! Our thanks go out to all the emergency personnel that was on the field to SAVE Damar's life and the medical professionals helping him along on his journey in the hospital. Thank you all and our thoughts and prayers are with you as well!   As hard as it is to focus on football, Derf and Dylan look to week 18 as the Seahawks attempt to secure a playoff spot and root for the Lions, and the Bills face a division rival in Bill Belichick... and the rest of the Patriots team I guess!
