I Am Here to Share Jesus: God Leads Me to Have Faith (Hooray Day/Game Changer)

This week we have a special Hooray Day for preschool and Game Changer for kids. These are special sessions when we emphasize how salvation through Jesus is something to celebrate and it changes the game in our lives. We will teach preschoolers and kids that God leads us to have faith through Jesus, which is a Game Changer! Hebrews 11 talked about faith, which is trusting and believing God. This passage is filled with stories about men and women who, when faced with difficulties and challenges, clung to faith in God. God led them to have faith, and both preschoolers and kids will learn that God also leads us to have faith. Because of Jesus, we can trust and believe God and have a forever relationship with Him. I Am Here to Share Jesus: Sharing Jesus Is Exciting

Get ready for an exciting session because we are going to teach preschoolers and kids this week that sharing Jesus is exciting! We are here to share Jesus with others, and that is part of God’s amazing plan for our lives. This week, kids will learn from Acts 2 how exciting it was that God sent the Holy Spirit. A great wind filled the place where Jesus’ disciples were gathered, and they were filled with boldness and began speaking about Jesus, even in different languages. And what is even more exciting—thousands of people believed and trusted in Jesus! As you lead this week, help preschoolers and kids recognize that sharing Jesus is exciting because God really does change people. He forgives us, changes our lives, and welcomes us into His family. Remind kids that right now, we can be part of what God is doing. I Am Here to Share Jesus: Sharing Jesus Is Worth It

This week, we are going Nonstop teaching preschoolers and kids that sharing Jesus is worth it Here and Now! Jesus told several parables, which were stories that Jesus taught to help people understand the kingdom of God. In Matthew 13:1-23, Jesus told a parable about a farmer who sowed seed on different types of soil. The seed did not grow in every soil type, but they did grow and multiply in good soil. In a similar way, when we share Jesus, we do not know if people will listen and believe. But sharing Jesus is worth it because God does know, and He is the One who helps the “seed” of faith—meaning what we learn about and experience with God—grow! I Am Here to Share Jesus: Sharing Jesus Is God's Plan

We are teaching preschoolers and kids this week that sharing Jesus is God’s plan. After Jesus died and rose again, He appeared to His disciples. In one of these instances, Jesus met two of His disciples as they were walking to Emmaus. The men did not recognize who Jesus was and shared their heartbreak over His death. Jesus walked them through Scripture, showing that it was always God’s plan to send a Savior to reconcile people to Him. Jesus helped them understand that God’s plan is for us to share Jesus with the world so all people can hear the truth. I Am Here to Share Jesus: Sharing Jesus Is Important

We are starting the month by teaching preschoolers and kids that sharing Jesus is important. This week, our Bible story comes from Acts 13–21. After the disciple Paul started following Jesus, he traveled around and shared Jesus with different people in different places. While it was not always easy, Paul saw many people come to faith in Jesus.
