Roland believes, and I happen to agree with him, that Leadership starts with Self... our Whole Self.Roland Ong is the Founder of, Roland Ong Consulting Group, established in 2000. They focus on Holistic Wellness and Leadership Development. On might even say... Holistic Development. He consults, coaches, facilitates training and does behavioral assessments. Understanding the wellness of our body, and our mind, is important to leading ourselves, so we are able to effectively lead others.Living in Malayasia, Roland's beliefs are rooted deep in Chinese philosophy.He embodies Kaizen: Kai (change) Zen (good)... essentially meaning "continuous improvement".
