Welcome back to the Messy Motherhood Podcast! In today's episode we are talking about my journey to living a non-toxic lifestyle. This wasn't something that Alex and I did growing up and it wasn't something we really knew anything about until we were diagnosed with unexplained infertility in 2018. I take you through the journey of us living more intentionally and why this feels so important for us. 46: When Mother's Day Hurts | A Gentle Conversation About Infertility and the Yearn to Be a Mother

Mother's Day is coming soon and as special as this holiday is, it also comes with a lot of emotions that can be so hard for so many people. For the sake of today's conversation, we focus mainly on the aspect of infertility and those who are struggling to conceive. For the infertility community, Mother's Day is a day that feels really unfair. You feel like your locked out of a club that everyone else is invited too and with the constant reminders all around you, it just feels like a giant punch to the gut. 45: The Weight of Too Much: What a Toy Purge Taught Me About Motherhood

National Infertility Awareness Week is from April 19th - April 25th and as a way to honor the infertility community, I really wanted to share an episode that helped people to understand more about infertility.
