Even if it feels as if the whole universe is against us, this year is a gift and not a curse. But what is transformation? How are we dealing with transformation so far? And the most important part: How can I suffer less when I am in pain? How can I surrender more to release fears, worries, and anxieties? I AM TALKING WITH DR NUNTARI MUMTAZ - A MAN WITH AN AWAKENED MIND. Imagine if you could stop all your thinking, whenever you wanted to. Imagine if you could choose only those thoughts that served you. Imagine then, how you would experience each day. My guest is a BIG surprise in every way. When I asked Nunari “Are you enlightened?” He replied: “ For me labelling has no meaning given because life itself doesn’t care about that. I will talk about clarity. Labelling makes things complicated and creates targets and goals. People name it (enlightenment) with different names, but for me it is nameless.” I discovered Nunari after watching an interview on Youtube and I read a comment he’d posted about it. I can’t even remember what he wrote, but it intrigued me and I intuitively and spontaneously asked him for an interview. Originally from Pakistan he now lives and works as a doctor in Finland. What a conversation, what a profound man … and me, the interviewer, who tried to find words, where no words exist.

As a psychotherapist & professor in psychology, he developed the Identity oriented Psychotraumatherapy (IoPT). And what does this mean for us, for me? • If almost everybody is traumatized, how traumatized am I? • How traumatized is then our childhood? • And what about a mother, who comes with a victim mentality, is she really not the victim, but - and according to Prof. Dr. Franz Ruppert - the perpetrator? • How does his deep knowledge affect my life? • And how are his vast experiences helping me to understand the bigger picture, why people keep repeating the same negative pattern and actions over generations again and again?
