With 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Josh has worked tirelessly to support youth and create college preparatory programs for first-generation college students. His work with New City Kids in Jersey City, NJ, is particularly notable. Today, Josh serves as the Associate Dean of the Center for Academic Success at Seton Hall University, where he’s also pursuing his doctoral degree in Higher Education Leadership, Management, and Policy. Joshua’s heart for service and people is evident in everything he does, whether in his professional life, mentoring, or spending time with his wife and daughters.
