Then they’re off to spend the day at the iconic Wilderness Resort [https://www.instagram.com/wildernessresort/] in Wisconsin Dells to meet the international exchange students who keep the summer fun going. They catch up with Maggie, International HR Manager at Wilderness, who talks about the importance of the J-1 Work Travel program and how it connects students from around the world with life-changing summer jobs in the U.S. Along the way, Dennis chats with a few Work Travel participants about their cultural exchange experiences, then jumps in to help behind the scenes flipping burgers in the kitchen and wrapping frozen bananas in the candy shop. Maggie takes Dennis and Kaitlin on the thrilling Take Flight ride, giving them a whole new perspective on the Dells and the impact of cultural exchange programs. The Out of Office team is back! In this episode, Dennis and Kaitlin head to Mt. Olympus Resort in Wisconsin Dells. Mt. Olympus is a top summer destination for both thrill-seekers and international exchange students on the Intrax Work Travel program.Dennis and Kaitlin meet up with Aaron, the Director of HR at Mount Olympus, to learn how J-1 Visa participants from around the world make the resort’s summer magic possible. Then Dennis gets to work as a barista, park cleaner, and even a lifeguard.After tackling America’s tallest waterslide, the day wraps up around a beach bonfire, where Dennis and Kaitlin connect with more Work Travel students to hear about their cultural exchange experiences and what living and working in the U.S. means to them.
