She’s a working mother of two who, in her spare time, runs a taekwondo school, fitness classes and runs marathons. Since March and the lockdowns that followed, she’s been getting up early every morning to perform a live online shred for a dedicated group of online shredders who want to lose weight, get fit and keep up a regular fitness habit. We talk about how she became a black belt in Taekwondo, the marathons that she’s run and her philosophy when it comes to motivating others and herself.
