Ep49: Online Offer Growth Isn’t Just About More Sales - Here’s What Makes It Sustainable

When it comes to growing your online offer… Most of the focus is often on attracting more people, generating more sales, bringing more leads in. And yes, that matters (of course). But if that’s your only focus, growth can start to feel exhausting. In this episode, I share the other side of online offer growth that’s often overlooked, but just as important, if not more. 👉 Retention Because if you don’t focus on retention, you’re constantly needing to bring more people in to replace the ones leaving. True, sustainable, compounding growth isn’t just about how many people you bring in… It’s also about: * the experience people have once they’re inside. * how many stay. * how they move through your offer successfully. * and what people say about the experience. Inside this episode, I walk you through: * Why focusing only on attraction can create an exhausting growth cycle. * What retention actually means across memberships, courses, and programs. * The role onboarding plays in whether people stay or leave. * How early wins, connection, and clarity impact retention. * Why helping people take action (not just consume) is key. * How to start looking at your offer through a retention lens. This is about creating a better experience for your clients, and building growth that compounds over time. 🎧 Listen now to Episode 49: Online Offer Growth Isn’t Just About More Sales - Here’s What Makes It Sustainable If you had a takeaway or ‘aha’ from this episode and want to share it with your business besties and community, screenshot and share it on Instagram, tagging me at @jada.businessmentor. Ep48: The “I’m Here For / I’m Not Here For” Exercise That Brings Real Clarity to Your Business

There are moments in business where things feel… off. You might not be able to fully articulate it. But you feel like: * Something isn’t landing. * Something isn’t aligned. * or you’re not as clear as you want to be. And in those moments… It’s usually not about needing more strategy. It’s not about looking outside yoruself. It’s about coming back to your core. In this episode, I share a simple but powerful exercise that I did, one that has become a foundational piece of my business core, positioning, my messaging, attracting (and repelling) the right clients and even how I show up in my business. It started as a voice note in my kitchen… And turned into what has become a manifesto for my business Inside this episode, I walk you through: * Why going inward (instead of looking outside) creates deeper clarity. * The “I’m here for / I’m not here for” exercise and how to approach it. * How this process helps you define what you truly stand for - and express it. * Why clarity at this level impacts everything, from positioning to messaging to offers. * How to use this as something you can return to whenever you feel lost or disconnected. This isn’t about trends, templates, or copying what works for someone else. This is a foundational core to help anchor you and your business. It’s about:  👉 getting clear on what you stand for. 👉 and letting that shape everything else. 🎧 Listen now to Episode 48: The “I’m Here For / I’m Not Here For” Exercise That Brings Real Clarity to Your Business If you had a takeaway or ‘aha’ from this episode and want to share it with your business besties and community, screenshot and share it on Instagram, tagging me at @jada.businessmentor. Ep47: A Launch Isn't Just the Event or Open Cart: 6 Essential Phases You Don't Want to Miss

When most people think about launching… They think about:  👉 The launch event.  👉 or the few days their doors are open. But that’s only a small part of what actually makes a launch to grow your online offer work. A successful launch is made up of multiple phases, each one playing a specific role in: * Building awareness. * Speaking to the right people. * Creating excitement * Driving engagement. * and ultimately… sales. And when one of these phases is missed,  rushed or only done lightly… It impacts your overall launch results. In this episode, I break down the 6 essential phases of a launch, so you can start to see the full picture and approach your launches more strategically. Inside this episode, I walk you through: * Why a launch is so much more than just your event or open cart period. * The key phases that actually make a launch work (and where most people unintentionally miss opportunity). * How each phase plays a different role in building momentum, connection, and sales. * Why skipping or rushing certain parts of your launch can impact your overall results. * Knowing what to focus on, and when for improved launch results. This episode will help you: * Understand what’s actually involved in a launch. * Identify what you may be missing. * and approach your next launch with far more clarity. 🎧 Listen now to Episode 47: A Launch Isn't Just the Event or Open Cart: 6 Essential Phases You Don't Want to Miss If you had a takeaway or ‘aha’ from this episode and want to share it with your business besties and community, screenshot and share it on Instagram, tagging me at @jada.businessmentor. Ep46: Before You Buy Another Launch Solution, Learn This Skill

There’s a lot of noise in the online business space about what you “need” for a successful launch. Better messaging. More visibility. The right conversion story. A different event style. Stronger visuals. Longer launch runway… And while all of these things matter… None of them matter in isolation. And they are NOT necessarily the next best thing to focus on to improve YOUR launch results. Because the real question isn’t: What creates a successful launch? It’s: What does YOUR next launch need to improve results? So please, before you invest in another launch solution, listen to this episode to learn the skill that will tell you what YOU need to focus on next for more launch success. In this episode, I break down why being told “this one thing will fix your launch” is often what keeps you stuck, you stay in learning mode, and you spend time and money tweaking things that may not be your next best launch move, and the skill you actually need to develop FIRST if you want to improve your results. Because sometimes… Yes, it is one thing that needs to shift. But if you don’t know what that one thing is, based on your own data, your own audience, your own launch (or because it’s your first launch)… You could easily keep chasing the wrong solutions - the ones being put in your face as you scroll. Inside this episode, I walk you through: Why “fixing one thing” can be the solution, but only when it’s the right thing. The difference between general launch advice and personalised insight. Why guessing what to improve or just listening to every person on the internet specialised in a specific part slows your growth. The importance of reviewing your launch properly before making changes or deciding what to invest in next to help you succeed. How developing this skill changes how you approach every future launch. This is a must-listen if you’re tired of trying different things without clear results, feeling unsure what to focus on next, overwhelmed by all the messages around the ONE thing you need for launch success on socials, or you’re wanting your launches to feel more strategic and less reactive. 🎧 Listen now to Episode 46: Before You Buy Another Launch Solution, Learn This Skill If you had a takeaway or ‘aha’ from this episode and want to share it with your business besties and community, screenshot and share it on Instagram, tagging me at @jada.businessmentor. Ep45: Are You Overlooking Experiences That Could Be Your Biggest Business Advantage?

There are experiences in your life that, at the time, didn’t seem that important. Or didn’t feel relevant. Or felt like they served one clear purpose only. Or even felt like they were holding you back, or like they were unhelpful. And then later… They become the very thing that supports you in your business (and life). In this episode, I share a reflection on a couple of ways this has shown up in my own journey as a starting point to invite you to reflect on your own experiences which you may not be giving enough credit to. From intentionally learning video skills to market one of my businesses, but not realising just how impactful the skills I went on to master over a few years would be in a completely unexpected circumstance… To experiences I didn’t choose in the same way, that for a long time I questioned and thought were disadvantages and unhelpful, and have since realised have created some of my greatest strengths in what I do today supporting clients to grow their online offers. This isn’t a strategy episode. It’s an invitation to pause and look at your own journey differently. Inside this episode, I share: * How past experiences can shape your business in ways you don’t expect - in a good way. * The difference between intentional skill-building vs unexpected life experiences. * Why things that once (or currently) felt unhelpful can later become strengths. * How hindsight often reveals value you couldn’t see at the time. * Why this perspective can shift how you move forward in your business and look for the learnings in current circumstances and experiences. If you’ve ever questioned parts of your path (past or present), have felt like certain experiences didn’t “make sense”, or are wondering how something you’re going through could ever be helpful… This episode is for you. 🎧 Listen now to: Are You Overlooking Experiences That Could Be Your Biggest Business Advantage?
