EP 10: Mike Zagelmeyer

Coach and Cole move on to Part III of their Pigskin Preview Series as new Hermantown Head Coach Mike Zagelmeyer joins the show to talk about taking over the program and what you can expect from the Hawks in 2018. He also goes through the Coach and Cole Fast 5, and gives some great answers! Coach and Cole lead off the show touching on the Maryland football tragedy and discuss how something like this could happen in this day and age. They reveal the results of the cartoon poll from last episode, and in the twin ports sports segment they talk Huskies Baseball, Sea Dogs Baseball, and talk about Ed Willie becoming Superior's golf coach once again. All that and much more on this episode!

EP 9: Chase Summerfield

Coach and Cole continue their 2018 Pigskin Preview series as Chase Summerfield represents the Superior Spartans on the Culver's Flavor of the Day Hotline. We ask Chase, how he is able to make plays all over the field from the defensive end position, talk about last season, goals for this season, and Chase tells us which schools are interested in him at the collegiate level. Chase goes through the Coach and Cole Fast 5, where he tells us who his favorite football coach ever is. We talk about Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings training camp getting underway to lead off the show. Coach brings up old cartoons and Coach and Cole debate which cartoons are the best (find our poll on social media) In the Twin Ports Sports segment we chat about Hermantown Hawks football, Matt Niskanen and the Stanley Cup and more. To close out the show we introduce our new Shout Out segment.

EP 8: Reagan Ruffi

Coach and Cole start part I of our 2018 Pigskin Preview, with the Northwestern Tigers and RB Reagan Ruffi. We ask Reagan why he chose to commit to UMD, his thoughts on possibly breaking the school rushing record, who he emulates as a running back and then we put Reagan through the Coach and Cole Fast 5, which he completes in record time! We talk about Wisconsin Senator Tammy Baldwin's "Go Pack Go" Proposal, The Minnesota Miracle winning an ESPY, and Brian Dozier's last days as a Minnesota Twin may be upon us. In the Twin Ports Sports segment we chat Duluth Huskies, Park Point 5-Miler, and Superior Reds Baseball

EP 7: David Sabick

On our seventh episode of the Twin Ports Edition of Coach and Cole, we are joined by Heavy on Wrestling Founder and Duluth Native David Sabick. We talk with David about how he got into the wrestling business, why he chose the name "Heavy," and of course Fortune Baynia. He tells us some great stories about Ric Flair and Terry Funk and gives everyone some great info about what is to come with Heavy on Wrestling. We also are joined by Paige Gilbertson, Special Education teacher at Superior High School. Paige is the creator of the Spartan Football Champions Champ and she gives us all the information you need to know about the camp and what it is all about. She also sticks around to go through the grueling Coach and Cole Fast 5! To start the show we talk about LeBron James signing with the Los Angeles Lakers and later we get you caught up on the Duluth News Tribune and Superior Telegram All-Area Baseball and Softball teams.

EP 6: Jessica Lindstrom

On our sixth episode of the Twin Ports Edition of Coach and Cole, we are joined by Superior High School's All-Time Leading Points Scorer Jessica Lindstrom. We ask her about what Los Angeles Sparks Training Camp was like, if she met any celebrities in L.A. she tells us what number she will wear in Luxembourg, and much much more! To start the show Coach and Cole talk about all of the rain the twin ports has seen lately and their experience with flooding and road closures. In this week's leading off segment we are joined by Sean Elmquist to talk about his funny but amazing story on how he boarded the wrong bus and ran Grandma's Marathon by mistake. In our Twin Ports Sports segment, we talk Duluth Marshall baseball and congratulate them for becoming 2018 State Runner's Up and review this year's Superior Atheltic Hall of Fame inductees.
