Todays episode is a bit of a vulnerable one, i’ve been pretty open about my mental health struggles on this podcast but it is something that is still hard for me to do. Recently I’ve been going through a difficult season of feeling pretty down. Every day is different but overall it’s been pretty exhausting. So I figured why not make something positive out of a generally negative thing. So today I’m going to be talking about some of the ways I get through a difficult season. I haven’t posted in a minute and I’m sorry it’s been so long. I’ve seriously been lacking motivation in general so the idea of making a podcast outline sounded exhausting. My Mental Health Journey

Hey guys! Todays episode is a very special one to me because this is something that has taken a long time for me to share. I figured now would be the perfect time because it is mental health awareness month. Today I will be sharing my mental health journey. I would say if you were to listen to any of my podcasts, I would probably recommend this one out of all of them. If you feel similarly to how I did during this time in my life or can relate in some way, I just want to tell you that you are not alone. If you feel hopeless, worthless, and maybe even like there is simply not a place for you, I can promise you that your thoughts couldn’t be further from the truth. There are so many people that care about you and want to help you even if you don’t feel like it. Opening up is seriously one of the best things you can do for yourself. As someone who has been through dark times, I promise there is a light at the end of the tunnel! You are so so loved and you are meant to be here! I love you!
