Living in the dispensation of the information age there is so much at our finger tips. Just like anything else, too much of a thing can tarnish your reputation and productivity. We like to gain information for the sake of showing others what we know as if it makes us superior to the next person. Experiences have shaped our core values often to the point of Di sensitivity and naturally so. However, what if instead of experiences shaping our belief systems our belief systems shaped our experiences??

Restore, Refresh, & Reset

At a time where mental health is the new wave, it's important we place emphasis on rest. Rest looks different for every individual. Very commonly we make rest synonymous with doing nothing. However, when you're body is still, your mind continues to race. The information you receive during your relaxation period can often take precedence in our thought process. Moving forward we should be strategic on releasing our stress, while being built back up by the truth of who you are. Welcome to The Lounge.

Don’t do too much

Sometimes the “real” things in our life we have to face are scary. Sometimes it’s hard to admit “I need to sacrifice” to get to the next level. When we find ourselves running away, that’s called disobedience. Instead of embracing what will ultimately grow us into better people, sometimes we choose omit the process. I’m here to challenge you, don’t do too much.

Processes are inevitable transitions we must NEVER avoid. If we're honest, we've all tried to cut corners at some point. You may have even been successful at it in the past. However, here and now, maturation has become your reality. So ask yourself what's stopping you from the next level? The next place or growth and development is always within reach.
