WHO IS CHARLOTTE PALMER? Charlotte Palmer is a qualified adult educator with over 15 years in public speaking and education and over 20 years’ experience in the natural health industry, with training in nutrition, diet, herbalism, research, journalism, teaching and public speaking and has delivered wellbeing and dietary guidance workshops to various groups around London and the UK. WHO IS FIONA WINTER? – Somatic Movement Educator, Embodied Facilitator and Coach. I have been facilitating, mentoring, coaching and training others for over 40 years. I specialise in holistic health and well being, movement and body awareness, personal development…..and having fun! Whenever I work with people either as individuals or a group, I start with where they are currently ‘at’ and focus on “what’s possible now and where can it lead to from here”. By combining music with natural movement, I offer the opportunity of both relaxation and invigoration. I aim to bring a creative, fun, yet grounded approach to everything I offer. I currently offer online classes for participants with MS, as well as online open Energy Moves classes. In person sessions are outdoors in Nature: Move in Nature and Dancing in the Dark for every Full Moon, as well as bespoke sessions for events, gatherings, festivals and projects. I work closely with Arts & Health and Mental health organisations. WHO IS MANI HIRANI? Mani Hirani is the founder of The Veda Soul Company and a ceremonial guide who weaves cacao, sound, and sacred grid work to support deep inner alignment. After more than two decades in investment banking, Mani followed a calling toward healing and creative expression, training in cognitive hypnotherapy, shamanic energy healing, and vocal transmission.
