Episode 9: Pride and Prejudice

There are still too many people out there who don’t know about the LGBTQ community. People who wonder if learning to use correct pronouns would be inconvenient and People who know more misconceptions and stereotypes than the truth. With this episode, we bring to you four stories, narrated by four people. It’s stories of the community, by the Queer community, by people who are just learning and unlearning, like us. Every day so many people struggle with their identity, learning how to accept themselves. Episode 8: 33 crore Gods and a period story

"God works in mysterious ways" is an explanation we get more often than we would like. Our narrator’s childlike curiosity and innocence landed her in hilarious situations time and again. The hypocrisy of the social conventions puts her at crossroads with wanting to flout or follow. She runs to God, all 33 crores of them while eating the pickle from the jar on her period despite her mother’s warning. Take a look into what goes on in a teenage girl’s mind.  It’s a complicated one!

Episode 7: Mirrors and Scales

With the raging pandemic also came the desperation to become more productive, more positive, more fit. A lot of us got caught in this mad hatter of achieving the ideal weight, the ideal self, the ideal us.  But you know what?  It’s okay if you haven’t made your body look like how you planned once all the shebang got over. No more body shaming. No more crazy diet routines and life-draining workouts. Just do your best.  Today’s episode deals with a very similar issue yet a polar opposite of it. In simple words skinny shaming aka scrawny shaming aka body shaming. Narration By- Palak Khanna

Episode 6: Kasak

Do you remember your first crush? Your first love? The first time you realized you were in trouble. An image probably from a few years ago comes to your mind. Maybe their face. Maybe their smile. The memories are either tinged with a bit of regret or it just seems like love of that time was a little more sweeter than it is now. The inevitable feeling of coming undone and knowing that destruction is lurking right around the corner. Destruction that would come from giving another piece of yourself and receiving none. Okay maybe a lesson. So, get ready with some hot beverage and an open heart for our story teller today has decided to let us in on tale of a first heartbreak. Narration by - Chanpreet Singh

Episode 5: Wings

Life is uncertain-uncertainity is life? One day with a skip in my step I was walking down the roadside and saw bushes adorned with wild flowers. The next day I was walking down the same sidewalk and the bushes looked messy with all the unevenness and a little wild-to be honest. Is it all in the way you see the world outside or is it all because of the way you see the world outside. Our storyteller today decided to share her experience with perspectives and sentient.
