Edward arrives, impresses Charlie, and he and Bella drive to a meadow. Edward carries Bella again, and they share a kiss, leaving them both flustered. They reach a giant baseball field in the Olympic Mountains, where the Cullens greet them. Bella bonds with Esme, who shares her own past and expresses hope for Bella and Edward.
