Dan Barracuda (Ep. 3) Dan Barracuda, Kanem X Dan Barracuda, guitarist, producer making waves from his corner of Bushwick. Kanem has known Dan for a couple of years and had many conversations with him off camera, and a few on camera, but in this episode we get to focus on Barracuda, from the start of his playing as a passion, to the start of him making it a career, to today where music is his passion and his bread and butter as an artists and producer. Dan goes into a focus on efficiency which had lead to him being a great producer to work with in Brooklyn (Kanem has used him and attest to his prowess), but also how it has made him a great creator of over 300 Spanish guitar pieces that he has released. Dan opens up about his unique workflow, and how he balances creativity with productivity. Barracuda goes into some of the challenges he has faced with his own work and some of the mixing and mastering he has done for others, and how continuous learning always feeds his love or music.
