After sitting with the recordings of St. Terrible lead singer, Zachary Herbert, I intuitively felt it a disservice to try to dilute anything he said with paraphrasing. I resonated with much of what he said in audio clips answering my questions and wanted to allow space for others to hear what he had to say. AirBnB host is just one of the accomplishments held by Mona Oxford-Lyman. She is an incredible artist, retired art teacher from Middleton Middle School, and played volleyball for NNU and Pepperdine before coaching at a collegiate level. Interview with Sheri Schmidt- Shinecology Co- Founder

Sheri's son was diagnosed with Tcell Lymphoma at just 2 years old. Through this experience, she realized just how important it was to band together with other families experiencing pediatric cancer. She co-founded the organization Shinecology with another pediatric cancer mom and a registered nurse. Their hope is for the organization is to build a sense of community around pediatric cancer families by connecting them to other cancer families and resources in the community. Survival of the Fittest

Zack is one of my favorite people (if you can't tell already with him showing up 3 times this season alone.) His mindset is straight savage. He is constantly challenging the stereotypes that keep men small while advocating for other men to step into their awareness. I met up with Zack at The Mecca Gym which hosts a beautiful array of equipment targeted towards assisting powerlifters reach full potential.
