The definition of unravel is to undo, or to investigate and solve or explain (something complicated or puzzling). Episode 2 is about my unraveling process mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to become a better and healthier version of myself. Not only for myself, but also for my family and for those attached to me. I also talk about my decision to restart my therapy journey and a 12-week mentorship program I just completed.

ATOR what is going on?! God never ceases to amaze me, let me just start off by saying that. A Time of Reflection is transitioning to a podcast y'all and I am just awe-struck by it. God knows all and sees all because I definitely didn't see this one coming, but I'm leaning into to Him and what he told me to do. This pilot episode is just for y'all to hear my thoughts on this, but know Episode 1 is coming soon!
