Working, Hope, and Spiritual Disciplines

The high school transitions to a new study on 1 Thessalonians, while the middle school emphasizes the importance of spiritual disciplines. High School Themes: -View your current work or environment as a mission field. -Live a productive life as you wait on the Lord's return. -Everyone is a missionary. Middle School Theme: -Spiritual disciplines can seem monotonous at times, however, it is worth it to push through those times. -Pick a discipline you've never tried, and try it this week. -The disciplines bring us closer to God, but they are not the means by which we are saved.
