The party continues south through Ring Seven to the cargo lifts. They receive a vision of an imminent disaster, and hurry to intervene. The party attempts to stop the collapse of the lift but is unable to prevent it from crashing into the dock below it. In the aftermath of the collapse they are approached by a dock inspector who asks for their aid to prove the ineptitude of the overseer.
