Apple Pie Playground with Valerie We're coming into a new hope! Light at the end of the tunnel may look different for each of us, but we can see it. Is it disclosure or peace-building or inner child optimism? Let's talk Disclosure, Silver Linings, and the Divine Child at the Doorway to a New Earth Returning to the Playground Within In this episode of Apple Pie Playground, host Valerie welcomes listeners back to the space of remembering the divine child within. She thanks BBS Radio and frames the program as a Sunday afternoon gathering for healing, authenticity, and inner-child awareness. Valerie opens by acknowledging that many people may feel grumpy, irritated, or emotionally squeezed, suggesting that old hurts, traumas, and irritations are being released energetically. Her first message is simple and direct: self-care is essential. The Winds of Change and the Need for Gentle Self-Care Valerie describes the current moment as one of intense change, where people are being asked to stop resisting what no longer serves them. She encourages listeners to be gentle with themselves when they feel like they are failing, moving too slowly, or unable to keep up. She suggests that the world needs people who can anchor divine light, peace, strength, and groundedness. Even quiet, private acts of staying centered are presented as meaningful contributions to humanity. Disclosure Day and the Conversations Humanity Needs Valerie then turns to the movie Disclosure Day, which she says she previewed the previous week and has now seen. She recommends the film but avoids revealing the plot. She says the movie is full of imagery, symbolism, and layers that are likely to spark reflection and conversation. In Valerie’s view, humanity may need these conversations because they contribute to the larger disclosure experience. She suggests that people’s reactions, feelings, and discussions create a kind of collective imprint that may influence how non-terrestrial disclosure unfolds. A Dramatic White House Event and Symbolic Alignment Without going deeply into details, Valerie mentions a dramatic event connected to the White House and a UFC 250 fight, describing it as highly symbolic and connected to a broader energetic power shift. She says it appears to align with a kind of spell reversal and a series of symbolic events unfolding over time. Valerie encourages listeners to research the event for themselves, pay attention to what is being revealed, and especially notice the opening scene of Disclosure Day, which she says has an interesting alignment with the current event. Roswell, the UFO Museum, and a Personal Disclosure Moment Valerie shares a personal story from a family trip to Roswell, New Mexico, where she visited the International UFO Museum and Research Center. She describes walking through the museum with souvenirs in hand when an older man approached her and repeatedly said, “You believe,” and “You know the truth.” He gave her a lapel pin, and to her own surprise she answered, “I do know.” Valerie says she still remembers the encounter clearly and considers it her own disclosure experience, even though she does not fully understand what the man believed she knew. Disclosure as the Bridge From Darkness to Light Valerie broadens the Roswell story into a reflection on disclosure itself. She suggests that non-terrestrial disclosure may eventually reveal a fuller picture of the human experience, including things people may know subconsciously without realizing they know them. She asks whether disclosure and truth-telling may be necessary for ascension, serving as a bridge between a dark world and the light. For Valerie, revelation is not just about outside information; it is also about healing what has been hidden inside the collective and individual human heart. Silent Struggles and the Promise That Life Will Stop Getting Harder Valerie shifts into a compassionate message for listeners who may be struggling with uncertainty, family responsibilities, health concerns, relationships, mental health, finances, or the search for their place in the world. She asks listeners to sit with her and hear that life will soon stop getting harder. She encourages small practices of peace: a few minutes with coffee or tea, a few moments of stillness before work, gratitude before bed, self-care, or a daydream allowed to unfold. She presents love as the light at the end of the tunnel and reminds listeners not to give up on themselves. Ancient Souls, Star Seeds, and the Mission of Light Valerie delivers an expansive spiritual encouragement, telling listeners that the source of creation designed their spirits for superior things. She says humanity stands at the doorway to a new Earth, and that listeners are part of a mission to turn the cosmos from dark to light. She names many identities and archetypes, including ancient souls, galactic guardians, Jedis, angels, mermaids, Martians, creator races, sacred bloodlines, higher-dimensional beings, trueborn Terrans, lightworkers, and star seeds. Her message is that those present now are “the ones we have been waiting for.” Silver Linings and the Wisdom of the Inner Child The final major section is an expressive play exercise about finding the silver lining in difficult situations. Valerie explains that children naturally have cognitive flexibility because they are less attached to rigid outcomes, expectations, and past-driven thinking. As people grow up, she says, they often lose resilience, optimism, adaptability, and curiosity as their brains become trained to predict, control, and judge experiences. The inner child, by contrast, can help people return to curiosity, flexibility, and openness. A Four-Box Exercise for Healing and Reappraisal Valerie guides listeners through a four-part exercise. In the first box, they list three things that give their lives positive meaning. In the second, they recall a time when one of those things was threatened. In the third, they identify the silver linings that came from that disappointment or difficult situation. In the fourth, they ask how their inner child might have responded to the same challenge. The purpose is to practice cognitive reappraisal, loosen rigid expectations, and recover the ability to find hope, curiosity, and light in cloudy moments. Heading Home With Hope Valerie closes by connecting the silver-lining exercise to disclosure and the unfolding new Earth experience. She thanks listeners for reflecting, expressing themselves, and spending time on the playground. She also thanks BBS Radio and reminds the audience to return the following Sunday at 1 p.m. Central Time. The closing message is warm and restorative: reflection is medicine for the soul, and sharing insight helps heal the child within everyone.

Apple Pie Playground with Valerie Title: The Cosmic Shift and our Self-care What does the body need as we shift into celestial warp drive? How do we calm the nervous system and find rest from the energies of our human evolution? Let's talk. Rest, Remembrance, and the Garden of Self-Care A Sunday Invitation to Remember the Inner Child Valerie opens this episode of Apple Pie Playground by welcoming listeners into a space of self-therapy, remembrance, and healing for the heart. She thanks BBS Radio for its worldwide work and frames the show as a Sunday afternoon opportunity to let the inner child come out and play. From the beginning, she places the episode in the context of personal choice, breath, conscious awareness, and the unfolding of what she describes as a cosmic shift into a bold new future. She thanks listeners for the mindfulness, meditation, and Christ-consciousness work she believes they are anchoring into the shared human experience. Disclosure, Cosmic Energy, and the Call to Rest Before moving into the main self-care theme, Valerie discusses the upcoming movie Disclosure Day and describes it as a playful, exciting way to introduce a truth connected to humanity’s broader cosmic experience. She then shifts into the energetic atmosphere of the week, comparing it to Star Trek warp drive and describing an intensifying force of Source consciousness raining down on people. Rather than urging listeners to push harder, she emphasizes rest as the correct response when the body, mind, or spirit feels overwhelmed. She connects rest to the idea of Shabbat, a national pause, and the larger spiritual teaching that the weary mind is like a rudderless ship. Spiritual Anchors and the Power of Being Valerie reflects on watching the Roseanne Barr Podcast and describes Roseanne as an example of a spiritual anchor, someone whose power comes not from activity but from knowing, presence, and grounded being. This leads Valerie into the central idea that many people may be missing their mission by searching outside themselves for what they should be doing, when their real contribution may come from who they are and what they embody. She describes listeners as anchors of universal love, equanimity, and God’s truth in the human experience, especially during a long and tiring journey. For those who feel weary, lonely, or doubtful, she repeats the message that what they most need is rest. Little Things, Love, and the Emotional Desert The episode then explores how peace, love, and service are expressed through small actions rather than grand gestures. Valerie says that a hug, a smile, holding a door, listening, asking how to help, saying thank you, and saying sorry all matter because they reveal the authentic self beneath conscious awareness. She compares these small actions to mortar in a foundation and describes reality as being built from micro-expressions of energy. From there, she introduces the idea of the emotional desert: a state of emotional neglect or self-neglect where the inner garden has dried up, leaving a person numb, burned out, overstimulated, or unable to feel hopeful. Nervous System Burnout and Restoring Inner Regulation Valerie explains emotional burnout as also involving the body and nervous system, describing how stress, anxiety, depression, panic, and numbness can lead to dysregulation. She discusses fight-or-flight responses, hyperarousal, hypoarousal, physical stress cascades, and the breakdown of healthy communication between body, brain, and spirit. Against this picture of an emotional desert, she offers the hopeful image of the spirit as a garden where calmness, harmony, and balance can fall like rain. She encourages listeners to restore safety, unity, connection with spirit, and conscious awareness through small practices that rebuild the nervous system from the inside out. Micro-Habits, Vagus Nerve Care, and Meditation as Flowering In the practical closing portion, Valerie offers tools for nervous system support, including naming emotions through the “Name it to tame it” technique, using longer exhales in deep breathing, massaging the arches of the feet, grounding barefoot on the Earth, using the 5-4-3-2-1 sensory method, using manageable cold-water temperature changes, and humming or singing to create calming vibration. She also recommends a quick vagus nerve reset video by Dr. John Saunders and encourages listeners to research methods that work for them. She closes by returning to self-care, observation, rest, and meditation, quoting Osho on meditation as a flowering that grows from one’s totality, before thanking listeners and BBS Radio and inviting everyone back to the playground.

Apple Pie Playground with Valerie Title: It's an Inside Job We are evolving toward creation’s reset point. How do we make sure we'll get there? It's an inside job. Let's talk. The Inside Job: Returning to Source Through Silence and Conscious Awareness A Heavy Week and the Choice of Peace Valerie opens Apple Pie Playground by acknowledging what she describes as an emotionally and energetically difficult week, speaking directly to listeners who may be struggling. She frames the episode around choosing peace, bringing spirit into the body, and asserting personal light in the face of darkness. Her opening message emphasizes encouragement, resilience, and the idea that listeners can consciously command healing, balance, life force, and source light within themselves. Listening, Silence, and an Inside Job The host then introduces the central premise that the work of the spirit is an inside job. Reflecting on a recent conversation and a referenced book that she has not yet read herself, she explores the idea of cosmic silence as source consciousness: a still, receptive space before vibration or material creation. Valerie suggests that people often fill silence with religious sound, speech, prayer, and effort while overlooking the possibility of quieting themselves enough to experience inward connection. Source Consciousness and the Material World Valerie develops a metaphysical interpretation of human life, distinguishing eternal spirit from physical identity and describing the material realm as a limiting or deceptive backdrop. She poses questions about incarnation, control, false light, ascension, and revelation, asking listeners to approach them with the curiosity of an inner child rather than accepting her conclusions automatically. Throughout this section, she urges listeners to reconnect with what she calls source consciousness through stillness and conscious awareness. Remembering the I AM and Childhood Creativity A major theme of the episode is Valerie's concept of the "I AM" as a true inner beingness that becomes covered over by identity, ego, fear, duty, and social conditioning. She contrasts that limitation with childhood imagination, using symbolic play as an example of children expressing themselves freely before becoming self-conscious. She argues that wounded or dimmed inner light can be called back through intention, spiritual command, and a renewed willingness to remember one's essential nature. The Mantra of Being Anchored, Safe, Unified, and Conscious Valerie connects teachings about stillness and spaciousness with her episode mantra: "We are anchored. We are safe. We are unified. And we are conscious." She discusses the possibility of building spiritual "playgrounds" grounded in light and sovereignty rather than fear or confinement. She also uses the idea of mirror self-reflection to invite listeners to recognize a spiritual self beyond physical identity and to consider whether their everyday attention is centered on environment and material concerns rather than inner essence. A Guided Four-Box Self-Reflection Exercise The episode concludes with an expressive self-therapy activity in which listeners divide a page into four boxes and respond to four prompts: what anchors them to spirit, what makes them feel safe, what unifies them with spirit, and what conscious awareness means for them. Valerie asks listeners to rank their answers by certainty and use any uncertainty as a focus for reflection during the week. She closes by thanking BBS and inviting listeners back to Apple Pie Playground the following Sunday.

Apple Pie Playground with Valerie Title: Where We Go One We Go All We cannot separate ourselves from the energetic impact of collective consciousness. What does that mean for our own unique journey of conscious awareness? Let's talk A Lost Message in an Age of Individual Ascension Valerie opens the episode by saying that something important has been lost in the modern focus on personal growth, individual enlightenment, and self-directed ascension. She frames the conversation as a heartfelt reflection on whether spiritual and social progress can truly happen when people see themselves mainly as separate individuals. Her opening sets up the central question of the episode: whether healing, sovereignty, leadership, and ascension are shared experiences rather than private achievements. Leadership Requires Skilled Followership The host introduces followership theory as a way to examine the relationship between leaders and those who follow them. She argues that leadership cannot succeed without active, thoughtful, and engaged followers. In her view, followers are not passive observers; they help guide leaders, provide accountability, and prevent ethical or strategic mistakes. She suggests that societies may have lost power and agency not only because of poor leadership, but also because people have become less invested in the responsibilities of followership. Atomism, Isolation, and the Loss of Collective Power Valerie connects followership to the political idea of atomism, describing a society where community bonds dissolve and people become isolated individuals. She presents rugged individualism as both a badge of honor and a possible weakness when it causes people to abandon collective responsibility. Her argument is that isolated individuals may lose the collective power needed to govern themselves, making them more likely to surrender agency to systems of control. Quantum Ideas and Shared Reality The episode then shifts into spiritual and metaphysical reflections using concepts from atomism, quantum mechanics, Planck’s constant, energy, and matter. Valerie uses these ideas to suggest that life is not truly separate, but part of a shared field of force, flow, and consciousness. She connects this to source consciousness and Christ consciousness, presenting reality as something co-created through shared awareness and energetic participation. These claims are presented as the host’s spiritual interpretation rather than established scientific conclusions. Sovereignty as a Reciprocal Spiritual Responsibility Valerie revisits the idea of sovereignty, defining it not only as protecting one’s own freedom, but also as refusing to trespass against the sovereignty of others. She presents sovereignty as a shared action requiring reciprocal participation. In this view, people cannot fully experience sovereignty in isolation because they are connected through a larger spiritual field. This becomes part of her broader claim that individuality and collective responsibility are not opposites, but part of the same spiritual paradox. Ascension Is Not an Individual Experience The episode concludes with Valerie’s main message: ascension is not an individual experience. She discusses energetic resonance, subconscious synchronization, group vibration, negative synergy, and the importance of leaving destructive environments when necessary. She says people are unique frequencies, but those frequencies exist within a shared physical and spiritual field. The closing message is that healing and ascension require awareness of how people affect one another, because the human journey is collective as well as personal..

Apple Pie Playground with Valerie Title: Alien disclosure is WAlien disclosure is Work for the Spiritork for the SpiritAlien disclosure is Work for the Spirit The liberation of a matrixed world wouldn't be complete without alien disclosures of some kind, would it? And how will the heart handle such news? Let's talk. Curiosity, Disclosure, and the Soul’s Way Out of the Script Opening the Playground Through the Inner Child The episode opens with Apple Pie Playground’s invitation into healing, transformation, and the divine inner child before host Valerie welcomes listeners to the playground. She asks the audience to set aside “adulting” and think with the heart rather than the analytical mind. From the beginning, she frames the conversation as an inner-child and heart-centered exploration of difficult ideas. Valerie thanks BBS and prepares listeners for a discussion that may feel uncomfortable but is meant to be approached with grace, curiosity, and emotional honesty. Alien Disclosure, Religion, and the Human Creation Story Valerie introduces the topic of alien disclosure, noting that governments appear to be opening avenues of information about life beyond the limits of ordinary human understanding. She suggests that disclosure may also challenge organized religion’s view of biblical history and humanity’s creation story. Rather than treating aliens and religion as unrelated subjects, she invites listeners to feel into the possibility that both may be part of a larger puzzle about who humanity really is. She emphasizes that humanity remains deeply loved, purposeful, and filled with the spark of Source creation, regardless of what new information may emerge. The Truman Show as a Model for False Reality A central metaphor in the episode is The Truman Show, which Valerie uses to explore the idea that humanity may have been born into a fabricated or scripted reality without recognizing it. She compares Truman’s discovery of repeating patterns and a falling stage light to the awakening moments people may experience when their own reality stops adding up. Valerie argues that movies, television, books, and stories may have gently introduced humanity to ideas that will later be understood more literally or spiritually. The stage light becomes a symbol of curiosity, a sudden disruption that invites the spirit to ask questions the brain may not be ready to answer. Source Consciousness, Ego, and the Matrix of Control Valerie then expands the discussion into Source consciousness, spirit, ego, and the material systems she believes keep humanity separated from its true nature. She describes human life as deeply controlled through food, shelter, energy, water, education, law, religion, family systems, births, deaths, travel, and recreation. In her framing, the brain and ego help maintain identity inside a false reality, while spirit provides the energetic pathway between Source and soul. She says curiosity and spiritual tethering allow people to reconnect with truth, while judgment, distraction, and fear keep them inside the matrix. Aha Moments, Change, and the Work of Disclosure The episode emphasizes that disclosure should be treated as an opportunity for “aha moments,” not merely as information to accept or reject. Valerie encourages listeners not to dismiss disruptive news or strange revelations too quickly, because curiosity can become the first step toward transformation. She acknowledges that truth can be uncomfortable and that many people prefer familiar suffering to the disruption of change. Still, she argues that humanity’s way forward depends on spiritual self-care, quiet observation, open-mindedness, and the willingness to ask hard questions. Her broader message is that people are not disposable and that the way forward must be together. The Dixit Card and the Sovereign Machine of the Self Near the end, Valerie guides listeners through a Dixit-card reflection involving a steampunk-style hydroelectric machine made of copper, gauges, valves, light bulbs, steam, plants, and quartz crystals. She invites listeners to imagine the machine turning on, to notice the faces in the steam, and to ask what the machine is, what it does, and whether they have used it before. The visualization becomes a symbolic exercise in bringing subconscious material into conscious awareness. Valerie closes by connecting the image to the idea that humans are not machines for others, but liberated sovereign beings who can break free, work for themselves, and return to curiosity, healing, and inner-child play.
