This is the 3rd installment in my podcast series on 'music arrangement'. In this episode, I look the arrangement for the 'interlude' music - the bridge between the chorus and the verse (in the Indian music terminology, this the bridge between the "Sthayee" and "Antara".

Continuing with my podcast series on Music Arrangement - in this episode I look at the steps involved when I arranged the first few lines of the song. I have kept it simple so that the workflow is clearly understood.

Composing a song or a melody is vastly different from arranging a song or melody. Music arrangement is both a science and art. It needs a comprehensive knowledge of music technicalities coupled with creative imagination. This podcast leads the listener through the basic elements of music arrangement and my thought processes during the music arrangement for a particular song.
