About the podcast...Hi! We’re Jenn, Ellen, and Annette — three friends who grew up together, moved across the globe, and discovered our ADHD as adults. The road to diagnosis was long, and we mostly coped through creativity. Now, we’re out to help others and keep improving ourselves by sharing how ADHD impacted our lives. We’ll delve into science and discuss personal hypotheses, tell hilariously awkward stories, and answer questions from listeners. We hope you’ll find a sense of community and support as we fall up the stairs of life, laughing all the way.About the word...Basiltov began as an inside joke born from a night of adult beverages. Jenn made a joke about Ellen’s basil plant, then randomly shouted BASILTOV when Annette won a drinking game. We’ve shouted it at each other ever since, either as a greeting or as congratulations, and now we’re using it as a podcast title, which is spectacularly ADHD if you ask us.
